HISTORY
Being led by the Spirit of God, our Heavenly Father, Pastor Edzer Jean received God’s call to establish the House of Faith Baptist Church to serve the nations for His glory. House of Faith Baptist Church, also known as HFBC, is a faith-based, Christ-centered, and community driven movement that strives to see every family come to the knowledge of God through a closer relationship with Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior.
We are all about focusing on fulfilling God’s plan of salvation for humanity by carrying out the message of the kingdom and the Great Commission to the nations. We have a heart for the lost souls and a passion to expand God’s kingdom on earth as it is in heaven. We strive to see change within our communities and also believe that together and with the power of Christ in us, we can make a big difference and be the change we would like to experience in our world.

BELIEF
We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God. There is one eternal God, existing as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Man was created holy but sinned. Salvation is by God's grace through Jesus Christ, who died, was resurrected, and ascended to heaven. To be saved, one must repent, believe, and confess Jesus as Lord. Baptism is the immersion of a believer in water in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
